Chocolate Molten Cake

  • x1 banana
  • chocolate pieces (3/4 for a gooey middle)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 125ml plant milk
  • 40g oats
  • 30g protein powder
  • 10g cacao powder
  • 3g baking powder

Add the banana, milk, honey, oats and protein powder to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency

Pour the mixture into a small ramekin dish and push the chocolate pieces into the centre of the dish for the melted chocolate middle

Place the dish into the over / air fryer at 180°c for 20 minutes

Once baked, leave to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
