Refund policy

1. Our Commitment to You

Nature Lean Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to providing premium-quality protein powders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Policy explains how you can return products and obtain a refund in compliance with UK consumer law.

2. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable legislation. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have the legal right to request a repair, replacement, or refund.

3. Voluntary 30‑Day Returns

We extend your statutory 14‑day "change‑of‑mind" period to 30 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.

To be eligible:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received, with seals, labels, and original packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Returns requested after 30 days, or of opened/used items, will be refused unless the goods are faulty (see section 6).

4. How to Return a Product

  1. Email returns@naturelean.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  2. We will issue a return confirmation and shipping instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item(s), including the return confirmation number inside the parcel.

  4. Return shipping is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.

  • Outbound delivery charges are non‑refundable unless the goods are faulty (see section 6).

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Mis‑Described Goods

If your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described:

  • Contact info@naturelean.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will offer, at your choice, a replacement or a full refund, including the original delivery charge.

  • We will either reimburse reasonable return postage costs or provide a prepaid return label.

7. Exemptions & Limitations

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used cannot be returned under the 30‑day change‑of‑mind policy.

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion must be returned together.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
